Equal opportunities are a matter of course for us. After all, our boss is a woman. It is important to us that women and men collaborate to produce the best results. That is why gender diversity is an issue that affects everyone. We try to meet our employees' needs to balance professional requirements and private interests through a variety of flexible working models.

With over 70 subsidiaries in more than 30 countries, TRUMPF is a globally active company. Different locations and diverse cultures make international teamwork an important key to success. We promote the exchange between locations and the development of intercultural skills among our employees.

We want inclusion to be the norm at TRUMPF. This means diversity in the workforce, which therefore enriches the day-to-day working life of all our employees. We started a drive for this purpose in 2015 and have created additional posts for people with severe disabilities. We place great importance on accessible workplaces and encourage people with disabilities to apply. We also work with disability centers at many of our locations.
